Gun Club Campout
Troop 850’s next campout will be held September 16th -18th at the Fairfield Sportsmen’s Association located at 6501 River Road, 4 miles off Blue Rock Road. Scouts will be able to earn the Rifle merit badge or, if they have already earned the Rifle merit badge, the Shotgun merit badge.
Cost will be $30 per person. Permission slips and payments are due by September 6th.

Last summer, I took a short break from the city and joined some friends for a hiking trip in the nearby highlands. It was refreshing to unplug and enjoy the scenery, from the rolling green hills to the sparkling streams.
