40th Annual Bushwhack Hike, Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve

Troop 850 and the Webelos 2 will be going to Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve and John Bryan State Park for the 40th Annual Bushwhack on Saturday, January 6th, 2024. We will conclude with the traditional stop at Youngs Dairy for ice cream. The hike is about 10 miles long, going mostly along the Little Miami River, which is a National Scenic River. Please bring a day pack, water bottle, sack lunch, and dress appropriately for the weather. We will leave St. I’s at 7:30 am and return approximately 4 pm. All adults attending must be current with AOC Safe Parish certification. The cost for the trip is $10 per scout due at the January 2nd meeting along with the attached permission slip.
