The Troop maintains its advancement and other records in a software program called Troopmaster. Online access to Troopmaster is available through Troopmaster Web–you may have seen a link to this service in the Members Only section of our website. Now you can go directly to Troopmaster Web by using the following web address: http://www.troopmasterweb.com/troop850 And there is now a mobile version of Troopmaster, so you can access your Scout’s records from your smartphone or iPad! You do need a username and password for Troopmaster Web–your username and password for www.troop850.org won’t work. If you’ve forgotten your Troopmaster Web password or username, or have not previously requested access, just drop Chas Hertlein an email at chas@hertlein.cc and he will get you set up.

Finally, if you plan to attend the dinner on Friday night 7/27 during Family Night, you must sign up and pay $ 7 per person in advance (see Mr. Matthews). Parents and siblings are welcome.
- Reminders – Final payments were due May 8th. Don’t forget medical forms for Scouts and Adults with a Doctor’s signature AND include a copy of your medical insurance card, front and back. You cannot attend Summer Camp without these items.
- Kelly Reupert has agreed to coordinate the ordering and purchasing of merit badge booklets for Summer Camp. This will save families the trouble of going to the Scout Shop themselves. At Troop meetings on July 3rd and July 10th, the boys will have a chance to go thru the Troop library and borrow merit badge books (there is not a big selection). Tell Mrs. Reupert what other books you need, pay $ 4.49 + tax for each (or it will be charged to your account), and they will be available to you no later than July 17th, which is a mandatory Troop meeting for Summer Camp. Thank you Kelly!
- For each Scout, fill out a Permission Slip and turn in by July 10th.

Keeping track of 25 or 30 Scouts at camp or on the road to high adventure can be challenging, to say the least. We’ve found that having all of our Scouts and Troops wear the same t-shirt for these events is a huge help to our adult leaders. So for the past few years we’ve let everyone know exactly what color troop t-shirts they will need to wear on these trips. This year, everyone (Scout or adult) who is going to summer camp at Camp Friedlander will need troop t-shirts in the following colors: RED YELLOW BRIGHT GREEN ORANGE GRAY TAN MAROON
Everyone going on the high adventure trip to Minnesota will need: RED YELLOW BRIGHT GREEN ORANGE
An order form is attached here: Please fill it out with your t-shirt needs and return to Chas Hertlein not later than the May 15 meeting so we’ll have time to get our order filled with the t-shirt company. The cost is $8.00 per shirt.
